I Love National American Miss!

National American Miss is a natural pageant program that teaches girls life skills like resume writing, thank you letter writing, how to prepare for an interview, public speaking, and how to present yourself to a live audience. And since it is a natural pageant, girls my age aren’t even allowed to wear makeup!

NAMISS encourages girls to believe in themselves, set goals and work hard. Since I started NAMISS, I have gained so much self-confidence and have been able to inspire other girls to believe in themselves as well. It has really helped me to like who I am and I honestly think it has made me a better person.

I have also had the opportunity to volunteer in the community donating time at the Ronald McDonald House and the Oregon Food Bank. I also enjoy raising funds for organizations like the American Red Cross and on Halloween, I raised $82 trick-or-treat'ing for UNICEF.

This year I earned the title of Oregon State Pre-Teen Cover Girl and Miss Portland and I am getting ready to compete at Nationals in November! Right now I am doing fundraising to pay for my fees and travel expenses. If you'd like to know more about how to support me, please visit my sponsor pages below. Thank you so much!
